Destructive testing generally consists of two phases of investigation. The first phase is typically a visual site inspection, which identifies a specific problem and the possible cause. DMC will then formulate a recommendation for further action and/or investigations. The second phase of investigative testing is a more comprehensive and in-depth investigation of the components in question with a more thorough analysis relating to the nature of the defect, causations and proposed method of repair.

DM Construction will then commense testing with the equipment needed to facilitate a professional testing project. We will use our expertise to provide a cause and repair program for the defect.
